This sulfur burner incorporates three new features with the reliable components of the older Sweetwater models. These new changes as well as the high standards of quality and innovation help to keep the SS™-10 as the premier sulfur burner available.

New Quick Swivel Caps

The new SS™-10 sulfur burner boasts quick swivel caps enable users to better control the temperatures inside the sulfur burner and air flow rates moving into the burn chamber. Controlling temperature and air flow empowers users to control the burn rates in a variety of climates.

New Quick Release Clamps

Three stainless steel clamps have been added to the new 2009 SS™-10 sulfur burner. Whether it’s a monthly checkup, maintaining a clean burn chamber, or resolving a concern with operation, the new Quick Release Clamps make access to virtually every part of the SS™-10 simple and speedy.

Heat Shield and Hopper Cooling System

A heat shield and ventilation system have been added to every Sweetwater sulfur burner. Improper heat exchange can lead to increased molten flow rates inside the sulfur burner. The new Heat Shield and Hopper Cooling System helps to ensure the proper heat exchanges occur.

Sweetwater Multi-Patented, Double Venturi System

The multi-patented Double Venturi System eliminates virtually all odors commonly associated with sulfur. The dual venturis help to ensure that all sulfur burned in the SS™-10 is utilized and waste is minimized. 99.98% of the SO₂ gas produced in the burn chamber is absorbed into the water stream. Finally, the double venturi system meets all government environmental standards and specifications.
